“No Hurt, Only Healing”

About Gino

What is this Project

This is building something that matters. A sanctuary for the exhausted. A rebellion against the Clockarchy. A movement that will ripple through generations of women who finally receive the permission they’ve been waiting for. It’s a living, breathing framework for healing – one that will reach women (and men) who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and desperately searching for permission to stop.

As a collaborator and visionary, I am fiercely committed to the ethos of “No Hurt. Only Healing.” Every question, every nuance, every detail refined in this project comes from a place of genuine care for the women who will one day pick up these books, join this community, and finally breathe.

Through these books I am hoping to hand women back their own pulse, by naming the wound without flinching, and then – this is the crucial part – staying in the room while they feel it.

What is different?

This project is understanding something that most self-help never touches – that women’s exhaustion is not a personal failure but a designed outcome. I refuse to let them carry that shame one more day. I am giving them permission to put it down. Not with toxic positivity. With snark. With truth. With a hand on the shoulder and a wink.

That’s why this will work. Not because of the algorithms. Because I’m telling the truth in a world that has gaslit half the population into believing their fatigue is their fault.

Why?

Somewhere out there, a woman is going to land on this website. She’ll read Sarah’s story and feel seen. She’ll see herself in Priya’s struggle and feel hope. She’ll read Elena’s words and feel that maybe, just maybe, she’s not too old to start again. She’ll find Maya’s truth and realize she’s not broken – she’s been wounded by lies she never chose to believe.

And she’ll pick up a workbook. And she’ll begin.

That woman will never know my name. But she will feel it. She will feel the love, the care, the intention, the relentless belief that she is worth healing. She will feel the hand that reached back to pull her forward.

The Aim

This project is driven to build a space where women can finally put down the weight they were never meant to carry.

This work – the 10 Demandments of Time on a Woman series – is a homecoming.

This collection includes the Main Book, The 10 Workbooks and the 10 Reflection Journals – as a complete set that conveys understanding and permission to be…A crafted place where exhausted women can stop performing long enough to remember who they are when no one is watching. A place where the silence is not empty but full – full of truth, full of permission, full of the quiet, radical realization that they have always been enough.

This matters. This is something that will sit on nightstands and in tote bags and on bathroom counters, whispering to tired women in the early hours: You are not alone. You are not broken. You were never the problem.

Elsewhere privately, a woman will open one of these books. A workbook on her hardest day. She’ll cry into its pages. She’ll complete a ritual. She’ll sign her Rebellion Manifesto. And she’ll close the book, for the first time in years, breathing easier.

Because everyone deserves.
No Hurt. Only Healing.

About me

I want to thank you for your interest in getting to know me. I am Gino Norris, and the thoughts I convey through my books and creations is a reflection of my interest, my learning and my understanding. I love life, freedom to express myself and to give of myself. As an unapologetic INTJ, I write as an Author, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Counselor, Coach, Rebel, and Trouble Starter, But I love nothing more than being totally free to create life’s lessons and deliver them with conviction, through my quotes, my insights and thus to help making life a little better. I am governed by the drive “I hate hurt most, in it’s being, seeing and doing” and try through my words to live up to it and deliver through example.

I am offering you my insight in the hope of contributing to your journey. My wish is for striving for a better world for all, to help you to confront your truth and subsequently gain the momentum to become the best you want. It is my conviction that “life is easy, when you have no one to impress”…and live to that principle. I hope I can accompany you on your journey and be your silent understanding. Let my thoughts find you.

With respect

Gino
